FAQs
Is artwork signed by the artist?
Yes! All artwork is originally signed and dated by the artist Alan Benchoam.
Does my art come with certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all artwork will arrive with its own certificate of authenticity and our Limited Edition pieces will include the serial number of that specific collection.
How long for my doors to ship?
Our items usually ship within 3-7 business days after an order is placed but in some cases we might not have a specific item in hand and we need to work on it, we will be in touch and let you know but usually this is not the case.
When will an order ship if it’s out of stock?
This is very unusual and we do our best to stick to the 3-7 days we offer, but in some cases the process might take longer. If we don't have it in hand please allow between 10-15 business days for your piece to ship.
When will I get my door?
All our items ship from our shop in Guatemala City straight to your door, please allow 7-10 business days to travel and make it home.
I notice some imperfections on my door…
Our artisan made doors may have some imperfections which make them unique and original but if you aren't satisfied with yours will happily make arrangements to make your heart smile again.
I received my door with a damaged or broken frame. How can you help?
Don’t worry, if your pieces are damaged please contact us immediately and will happily make it all better for you. Write us to contact.doorsoftheworlds@gmail.com. If you can include pictures of proof with your initial email would be great as the process will be faster.
Thank you for being part of this project and the many doors that will be open through your purchase!
